Availability Search

Find who's free and book them

Open the red search bar Click the red "Availability Search" bar at the top of the page to expand the panel.

Set your date range Pick From and To dates. Optionally filter by Genre or a specific Band.

Hit "Check Availability" Results appear as cards — each band shows green (all casts free), orange (partial), or red (none free).

Take action from results Use "Find Fill Venues", "Show on Route Map", "Export Route Sheet", or "Book Now" on any card.

Route Map

Visualise routes & find fill venues

Open the blue map bar Click the blue "Route Map" bar. Venue data loads automatically from Airtable on first open.

Select a band & date range Pick a band and dates. Filter by radius, venue type, state, capacity, or TAD rep.

Click "Show Map" Booked gigs appear as red numbered pins connected by a route line. Nearby venues show as green/yellow dots.

Toggle to Mileage Map Switch to red "Mileage Map" mode to see miles and days between each stop on the route.

See every artist's schedule at a glance

The grid loads automatically Rows are dates, columns are artists. Each cell is color-coded by booking status.

Filter to what matters Use the controls to filter by date range, artist name, genre, group, or status (e.g. Open Dates only).

Read the colours Green = confirmed, dark gray = blocked/travel, purple = soft hold, cyan = cruise, dark red = cast conflict.

Hover for details Hover any cell to see the full venue name, city, date, and status in a tooltip.
